American River Caulking (ARC) is the premier sealant and waterproofing subcontractor serving California since 1998 and Nevada. We are an all inclusive contractor that weatherproofs all building envelopes. We specialize in new construction including tilt up and CMU buildings, air barriers, sealing of expansion joints and epoxy fillers in concrete warehouse floors, drive areas, sidewalks, and parking structures.  We complete a full circle of waterproofing by offering negative side protection.  With grout and crack injection, we can now stop active leaks below grade structures, against the positive side.  Even with head pressure, we inject  material from the back side or blind side and the leaks stop, fast.

In addition, ARC performs multiple architectural caulking applications such as EIFS, stucco, brick and stone veneer, aluminum panels and window and door frames. We also install traffic and deck coatings such as parking structures and plaza decks, sheet and fluid applied waterproofing of planter walls, building walls, site retaining walls, between slab moisture barriers and full exterior vapor permeable air barrier systems. ARC offers a variety of contracting services for restoration projects for their clients.
