What's the company dresscode?

We're not overly formal, but it’s important to be dressed appropriately, especially if you’re meeting with a client. During your new hire orientation, you’ll be given a more thorough explanation of do’s and don’ts.

What's an ESOP?

An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) provides Blue Book Network employees with ownership interest in the company. Shares are allocated to you at no cost and are held in an ESOP trust until you retire or leave the company (at which point the shares are then sold). Every Owner has the opportunity to positively affect share value through increased productivity, sales territory growth and outstanding customer service…just to name a few.
