Westchester, NY –The Blue Book Network recently released upgrades and enhancements to their BPM Select Product, providing Architects, Engineers, Specifiers, Building Owners and Contractors with a targeted building product search engine providing access to over 14,000 building product manufacturer websites.
After conducting market research and collecting industry feedback, The Blue Book Network revamped this online product search tool to allow users to not only find information on building products but also to save it, customize it and easily collaborate with colleagues and/or their project/design team.
Additional features in this new revision include:
- Filters to help narrow and target search results
- Sort functionality enabling the user to edit, file and present results by Alpha, CSI, Date, Manufacturer or 'Project Folders'
- Integrated access to email and social media to exchange product ideas and collaborate with team members
In addition, the development team is currently working on adding the ability to create "Bookmarks" and "Project Folders" to store information, complete with the option to add notes and assign keywords for future reference.
"We continue to enhance our products to ensure that they leverage the latest in technology and most importantly that all these solutions meet the needs of our users and streamline their preconstruction process," said Rich Johnson, President of The Blue Book Building and Construction Network.
